Future tense of ToBe Urdu - English Urdu Grammar

Definition

A verb that signifies “State” or “Existence” of the subject in future is called Future tense of ToBe.

Note:- This tense signifies “State” or “Existence” in future.

Example

1. She will be a doctor(State).
2. I shall be in Karachi(Existence).

State

1. He will be so kind.
2. I shall be very busy.
3. Your parents will be ready now.

Existence

1. Some girls will be inside the hostel.
2. My wallet will be in my pocket.
3. Our family will be out of town.

Helping Verbs

Note :- "will be" and "shall be" are the helping verbs of Future tense of ToBe.

Example

1. My finger will be red with blood.
2. Their uncle will be out of danger.
3. A pillow will be cheap.

Formation(Syntax)

Conjugation

Note:- "shall be" is followed by (I and We) and "will be" is followed by other subjects.

Example

1. I shall be a best friend.
2. We shall be best friends.
3. You will be a best friend.
4. He will be a best friend.
5. She will be a best friend.
6. It will be a best friend.
7. They will be best friends.
8. Deedar will be a best friend.
9. Deedar and Mushtaq will be best friends.

Emphatic Sentences

Note:- The "shall be" is used instead of "will be" for emphatic sentences.

Example

1. Their mother tongue shall be Sindhi.
2. Our site shall be helpful to everyone.
3. You shall be a good learner.

Sentence Transformations

Note:- A transformation of an Assertive sentence into Negative sentence, Interrogative sentence and Interrogative Negative sentence.

Assertive

1. The doctors will be very cruel.
2. Our aim will be to teach students.
3. Their ambition will be to get information.

Negative

1. The doctors will not be very cruel.
2. Our aim will not be to teach students.
3. Their ambition will not be to get information.

Interrogative

1. Will the doctors be very cruel?
2. Will our aim will be to teach students?
3. Will their ambition will be to get information?

Interrogative Negative

1. Will the doctors not be very cruel?
2. Will our aim will not be to teach students?
3. Will their ambition will not be to get information?

Contractions

1. She'll be rather beautiful.(she will be rather beautiful.)
2. I'll be there. (I shall be there.)
